The purpose of Your e-Coach:

Q:        What is Your e-Coach?
A:         Your e-Coach is an interactive coaching program and self-development tool that offers the advantages of traditional coaching available to you at a reasonable price, on your own schedule. Your e-Coach is a multimedia training program that works like a coach and builds upon basic principles to assist you to take a leadership role in your own life. By asking questions in an interactive manner, Your e-Coach will help you to transform your life using the qualities and strengths you already have inside you.

Q:        Who is this program for?
A:         Your e-Coach is for anyone at any stage in their life, in any professional or personal circumstance, who desires to find their heart’s desire. Your e-Coach is not for people who are not willing to stop and reflect on their own lives or who have serious psychological problems, though it can act as a beneficial complement to a psychologist or coach.

Q:        How much time will Your e-Coach take?
A:         To gain the advantages of the program, and to fully achieve the flexibility of using the program later to address specific issues as they arise, it is best to complete the introduction of the program before you begin the other sessions. This is likely to take about half an hour. After that, you will be able to use Your e-Coach in short sessions to address specific issues. Each session or exercise will typically take from five to 15 minutes to complete, and Your e-Coach consists of 23 different exercises. You can repeat each exercise as many times as you want.

Q:        How long does it take to fully complete Your e-Coach?
A:         The amount of time needed to complete all the modules once will vary from person to person. Remember – you can take advantage of the program as often as you like. The key to fully benefiting from Your e-Coach and obtaining meaningful insights and life changing attitudes is to give thoughtful consideration throughout the process and to participate actively in each phase. The amount of time you devote to this is up to you.

Q:        Can Your e-Coach be customized for companies and corporations?

To Access and Use Your e-Coach

Q:        Can I see a demonstration before I buy Your e-Coach?
A:         Yes. A free version of Your e-Coach is available at this web site. Register by clicking on the “Try it for free! ” link in the menu (or you can click here), and then log on to get access to the demonstration. The sample you see there will give you a good feel for Your e-Coach.

Q:        How do I login to Your e-Coach?
A:         To login and run the interactive coaching program, simply point your browser to the Your e-Coach login page (http://www.smsesolutions.com). From there, enter your Username and Password and click the Login button. If you have lost your password, just click the “Forgot Password” button on the login page to have the password e-mailed to you. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the main menu.

Q:        Do I have to actively interact with Your e-Coach or can I simply listen to and read through the modules?
A:         You will not obtain full advantage of the program if you choose to only listen to and/or read the posted materials. The more you work through the modules, the greater your input, the greater the benefits.

Q:        As I work through Your e-Coach, where are my answers recorded?
A:         Your answers are recorded on our secure server and remain confidential and accessible only to you. As with most programs, simply protect your username and password. We do not access this information, transfer or send it to anyone under any circumstance. Ever. Periodically, Your e-Coach will send you an e-mail containing some of your answers. Although this feature can be switched off from the Main Menu, we recommend that you leave it on because this is an important feature that works as a reminder of your development needs. It is the program that will interact with you and send you any messages. Please read our User Agreement and Privacy Policy for further information.

Q:        Why doesn’t my password work?
A:        If the login screen returns an error, first check that all letters and digits were typed correctly as the password is case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “I forgot my password” link, and fill in your e-mail address to have the login information emailed to you (NOTE: the e-mail address must be the same as the one in our records – which is the one that was originally stored in our system when your login and password was created).
If you have verified the information submitted is correct and are still unable to login, please contact us by clicking on the Contact Us link, simply fill out the form including your question and click on the Submit button. We usually respond to your questions within 24 hours.

Q:        How long will I have access to Your e-Coach?
A;        Once purchased, you will have access to Your e-Coach 24 hours, 7 days a week for the period you choose to subscribe.

Q:        What are the password requirements?
A:         Your password can be whatever you like, but we recommend that you choose one that is secure. Your best option for a secure password would be one that contains both letters and numbers. Passwords are case sensitive, personal, confidential and non-transferable. 

Q:        Why am I not getting e-mail notifications?
A:         Under the “Your Profile” tab on the Main Menu click on the “Edit Personal Information” link to verify that you have entered your e-mail correctly. From this screen you may edit your e-mail information if necessary. If you are still not receiving e-mail, please contact us by clicking on the Contact Us link, simply fill out the form including your question and click on the “Submit” button. We usually respond to your questions within 24 hours.

Q:        Can I take Your e-Coach over a period of several days, weeks and/or months? If so, will the system pick up where I last left off?
A:         Yes. In fact, it is best that you take as much time as you need to give each module your best thoughts and answers. This is important: Your e-Coach is not designed to be a one time program. Your e-Coach is a program that will follow you as you encounter new situations and develop new thoughts and attitudes. Be patient with yourself. It takes time and practice to make the kinds of changes you need to be the leader in your life. We encourage you to visit and revisit each module frequently. In that way, you will gain full advantage of the possibilities available to you.

Q:        What happens if I have a question?
A:         To get answers or assistance, please click on Contact Us, simply fill out the form including your question and click on the Submit button.  We usually respond to your questions within 24 hours.  But most often if you carefully review the text material you will find the answer.

Q:        Is Your e-Coach available on CD ROM?
A:         No, this interactive coaching program requires an online connection for users to fully utilize all its interactive features.

Payment, Cancellation, Refund and Confirmation

Q:        What are my payment options?
A:         You can either purchase Your e-Coach online through our secure website using a credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover) or by phone at 1-603-897-1200 during business hours (9am to 5pm Central/Mountain Time).  Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will provide you with access to Your e-Coach by means of a user id and password. 
 
Q:        Is my payment secure?

Q:        Will I receive a confirmation after I purchase access to Your e-Coach?
A:         Yes. We will send you a confirmation via e-mail a few minutes after your purchase, which will contain your username and password and a link to access Your e-Coach  

Q:        What is your complaint resolution policy?
A:         We want you to be 100% satisfied. All complaints are handled within one business day from receipt. Please click on “Contact Us”, simply fill out the form including your complaint and click on the “Submit” button. If you are not satisfied, please tell us and we will address your problems or refund your purchase under the terms below as soon as possible.

Q:        If necessary, how do I cancel access to Your e-Coach and obtain my refund?
A:         You can try Your e-Coach for the whole course duration, and if you are not completely satisfied with it we will refund all your money with no questions asked. If you wish to cancel access to Your e-Coach, please click on Contact Us, simply fill out the form and click on the “Submit” button. Please be sure to include your e-mail adress. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Q:        What does 100% Satisfaction with Your e-Coach mean? What is your refund policy?  
A:         Our site was designed to provide you with enough information to help you make an informed purchase decision. In addition, we encourage you to register and try our free version by clicking on the “Try it for free” link in the menu. Still, we want you to be a 100% satisfied customer. If you decide you are not pleased with Your e-Coach, we will refund 100% of your purchase price. Just click on Contact Us, simply fill out the form, hit the “Submit” button, and we will process your refund within one business day. Please be sure to include your e-mail adress.

Q:        How do I purchase Your e-Coach?
A:         Just click on “Order” and you will be brought to the initial registration page. Enter your name, e-mail address, password and then click on the “Proceed to checkout”. You will then arrive at our secure online ordering form. Follow the instructions on the form to complete the process. Q:        What are my system requirements for Your e-Coach?
A:         “Your e-Coach will run on most computers with multimedia capabilities. If you bought your computer within the last five years and it can play sounds, then you can run Your e-Coach. Your e-Coach uses rich multimedia programming, and therefore does require a faster internet connection than a standard dial-up connection. Any DSL or cable connection will do. Here are the technical requirements:
Computer: Pentium III 350 MHz or Apple G3 computer or faster
Memory: 256 MB RAM minimum
Display: Minimum 800 x 600 resolution with 16 bit colors or better
Internet Browser: Any browser with Flash 6 or a newer version installed. Most browsers have a preinstalled version of  Flash , but if you don’t have it you can download it for free at http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
Internet Connection: DSL or cable or faster

Q:        What kind of browser and settings do I need to run Your e-Coach?
A:         “Your e-Coach uses Macromedia Flash – the industry standard for multimedia web delivery. To run Your e-Coach you will need:
- An internet browser that supports Flash 6 or newer
- JavaScript enabled
- Disable any popup guard for the site smsesolutions.com

Q:        Do I need special software?
A:         Your computer will probably have all the necessary software pre-installed. The only software you may need is the Macro Media Flash Player if it was not preinstalled (download it for free at http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflash ).  Please make sure that all popup blockers are disabled before starting “Your e-Coach”.

Q:        What type of Internet connection do I need to access Your e-Coach?
A:         Since Your e-Coach uses rich multimedia, it requires a faster internet connection than a standard dial-up connection. Your e-Coach can be accessed via DSL, cable modem, T1 line or other high speed connections to the Internet. We prefer that you have high speed Internet access to get the best out of the online interactive coaching program.

Q:          Do I need a microphone?
A:          No, you will not need to use a microphone. But using  headphones will enrich  the experience.

Q:        If I have a technical question, how/where do I send it?

Q:        How do I configure Internet Explorer if I am having problems accessing Your e-Coach?
A:         Usually Internet Explorer comes with a “medium” security setting that allows downloading and running of ActiveX controls. If you have higher security settings, you may have to reduce security settings to allow the installation of the Macromedia Flash Player plug-in.
