Your e-Coach is designed to promote deep reflection on your goals, values and habitual (out of consciousness) responses to various situations. You are the expert on what you think and feel and it is Your e-Coach's task to ask systematic coaching questions so that you can grasp what you already know but may not be in your awareness. Each of us has a different set of strengths, a different style of learning, a different combination of strengths and abilities. It is in the understanding of who you are, of fully knowing your own style and strengths that you enable yourself to succeed.

You may try a free version of the tool. The free version will give you access to two exercises. In the full version there are 4 principles and a total of 23 exercises. The principles are integrated into the exercises and act as a guide for your thinking process. As you progress in the exercises, you will more clearly see your goals, values, and strengths. To help you along your path of discovery, you will receive e-mails on a regular basis that guide you to practice what you have learned and to remind you of your choices, goals, values.

Your e-Coach can be used as a stand-alone development tool or you can combine it with a coaching process. It can also be used as a supplement to any of SMS’ behavior-based training programs including Positive Power and Influence.
